We at sole fitness take a “blanket” approach to wellness…meaning we focus on the whole body: mentally, physically and spiritually. We know that it takes more than just exercise and nutrition. A person’s attitude and motivation plays a huge role in their success when it comes to healthy living. When you just focus on one or these areas many times you are just treating the “symptoms” of overeating or lack of exercise. When we add the mental and spiritual components we search for the “truths” of what holds us back from the achieving our very best!
