In DR Congo, President Felix Tshisekedi's promised "sheep jump" overpasses in Kinshasa get off to an underwhelming start. Their construction is making traffic even worse in the capital. Also, we head to the seventh edition of the Kinshasa Book Festival. Organisers are hoping to encourage more people to love literature, in a country where access to books remains difficult. And plastic not so fantastic: some South African surfers are ditching the fibreglass and foam for wooden surfboards that are better for the environment.
