Too often we overschedule ourselves, we don't know how to prioritize, we can't focus well, we procrastinate on difficult tasks, we turn to mindless entertainment, and we don't make time for the things that are most important in our lives. Christina Shenvi, a practicing Emergency Physician, educator and mom of 4, has made it her goal to help busy professionals have less stress by learning to think about their time differently and by giving them the tools they need to change their approach to time. Having always been an overachiever, Dr. Shenvi has an MD, a PhD, is working on an executive MBA, and graduated summa cum laude from Princeton. Despite all the achievements, she was full of self-doubt and imposterism. Constantly beating herself up, she was plagued by worry. Realizing she feared complacency more than she desired contentment, she embarked on a journey to learn how to hold both contentment and ambition at the same time.
