Hello friends, welcome to the show! On this episode, we talk with Coach Brad Fortney, another important member of the Track Football Consortium community. Brad went to Antioch Community High School in Illinois where he played football and ran track. Following high school, he went to Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin where he was first team all conference in football and track, both the shot put and the discus. Brad graduated undergrad in 2011 and received his Master in 2013. Had a mini camp tryout with the Chicago Bears in 2012. Brad started coaching and teaching at Kenosha Bradford in Wisconsin until 2018. He was an assistant football coach, assistant basketball coach, head girls track coach and strength and conditioning coach. He was named Kenosha Unified Coach of the year in 2018 for his work with all the sports teams.Taught and Coached Football at Lakes Community High School in Illinois in 2018 and Coached Softball at Bradford High School in 2019. Moved to Enterprise Alabama in July 2019 where he continues to teach and works as an assistant football coach and head girl’s track coach. We are excited to talk about all of his varied experiences in coaching.

Brad and I have launched our lower body mobility course for all that are looking to take care of their bodies at home.
