A call for an overhaul of the way we invite and welcome immigrants to this country.
Conservative think tank the Maxim Institute has put forward nine ways we can do this.
They include expanding the existing welcoming programme, teaching history to adult migrants and providing formal sports programmes for migrants' children.
Spokesman Julian Wood told Kate Hawkesby we need to put a freeze on the level of temporary work visa approvals.
