Having the second meal only after 7 hours without snacking (unless absolutely needed, only fruits or fresh juice), helps in making the correction on a cellular level by default and maintaining the active atmosphere in the body, without causing lethargy, inertia or any long term side effects that the stimulants (tea/coffee) deliver.
