Athlete turned Engineer, Project Manager, Motivational Speaker, and soon to be MBA graduate, Marlon Napier is Tallahassee Florida raised family man that encourages people that “your starting point is never your setback but your setup for your come up. That you are your biggest limiting factor.” Marlon has flourished in his career path while breaking down racial barriers in Corporate America without losing his identity.
Marlon Napier was a standout athlete at Tallahassee’s James S. Rickards High School, which translated into him playing football for Florida State University. Marlon managed to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with minors in Math and Physics all while playing football for the Seminoles (First Football Athlete to Graduate from the FAMU/FSU College of Engineer in this field).
