Joel Califa coined the term "Full Stack Anxiety" which was the inspiration for this podcast. We talk about how that came about and how he's managed "Full Stack Anxiety" in his own career. From startups to agencies to geocities, Joel has been designing and building for the web since 2001. Most recently, he’s been one of the key designers in the dev tools space. He built and led the Product Design org at DigitalOcean, and currently designs Pull Request and Code Review at GitHub for over 40 million developers. An avid educator, Joel has taught dozens of students front-end development and has become a well known conference speaker around the world. Most notably, his talk on Full Stack Anxiety has helped many figure out their next steps in the ever-changing landscape of the tech industry.
