Who is making the strategic decisions, and are they the right ones?
There are just 16 days until we head to the polls, and Genesis Energy CEO Marc England has told his shareholders that more deep debate is needed on energy policy - be that issues like electric vehicles, Tiwai Point, or Lake Onslow.
He told Heather du Plessis-Allan that the level of discussion needed is systems level thinking.
