We kick off the new academic year going behind the scenes of our first drama production, four short plays by British playwright Martin Crimp in Crimp 1, 2, 3 & 4. We caught up with composer and sound designer Kerry Yong, lighting designer James McKeogh and assistant sound designer Lewis Hannaby to talk about the challenges of linking together four plays in our smallest theatre and the collaborative creative process. Crimp 1, 2, 3 & 4 runs from 9-14 October in the Milton Court Studio Theatre. Tickets are currently sold out but returns may be available from the Barbican Box Office on the day (https://www.barbican.org.uk/whats-on/2017/event/guildhall-school-presents-crimp-1-2-3-4).
