Head of Composition Professor Julian Philips joins us for this podcast to talk about 'Stories of Sweet Visions', a programme of song and chamber works celebrating his 50th birthday year. We discuss his inspirations as a composer, his fascination with text and song, the process of putting programme together for this milestone concert and what it's like to revisit past works.
