Jennifer Garman is on a mission to inspire others to practice gratitude. When her health took an unexpected turn for the worse, and no one could give her any answers, she began to search on her own. It wasn't until she started studying the human brain- more specifically the predisposition for happiness vs. depression that she found relief from chronic illness.
