This book is one of many that make up the core reading in our Health and Fitness Academy at My DNA Coach where we use DNA testing to build bespoke Health & Fitness Programs based on our clients genetics. But before any of that is useful first our clients must their WHY. In this video I will explain why most people never truly obtain the body of their dreams in context to the core principle of this book.
