This book is one of many that make up the core reading in our Health and Fitness Academy at My DNA Coach where we use DNA testing to build bespoke Health & Fitness Programs based on our clients genetics. But before any of that is useful first our clients must identify and understand the science of the current habits they have in their lives that are hand braking their Health & Fitness success.
