Dr. Bhatta is both practical and spiritual; he developed a fascination with spiritual studies early in his life and has authored a book titled Journey from life to life: Achieving higher purpose. He also is creator of Relaxx app that focuses on intermittent silence, meditation and the art of high energy living.
