Athlete's,

When you say, "I'm just not feelin' it today. I wish I felt more motivated!", then I want you to consider why you want motivation in the first place.

Motivation comes when you are committed to a goal and you like the reason for having that goal. If . you don't really want something, but you want to feel motivated to keep working towards it, then you will feel burned out and overwhelmed quickly.

Be honest with yourself. Know what you want. Then, motivation will come a lot easier for you.
