Burnout comes from patterns, whether we are consciously aware of them or not. There are also societal pressures that result in burnout. In society, there are all these pressures to act a certain way, especially for women. These different patterns imprison us. Andrea’s book, No Longer Burned out on Busy, is looking to shine a light on our inner and external patterns.

Andrea dives deep into her story and explains how she found the confidence to tap into her own strength and navigate challenges. Andrea always listens to her body. There are some major signs of burnout in your body to look for:

- Tightness in your throat

- Constriction in your heart

- Tightness in your hips

- Your breath is constrictive

- Headaches

- Not feeling joy

Your body will let you know if something in your mindset needs to be sorted out. These symptoms will manifest into bigger health issues. Use the sensations in your body as a wisdom guide. Then, Andrea explains what to do if you are feeling these warning signs. First, we need to meditate, reflect, and journal at the beginning of the day.
