Self care when grieving can feel extremely different than your average day to day self care practices. This was something that I learned for myself fairly quickly after losing my dad to cancer in 2013. Today on the podcast, I'm sharing some of the things that have helped aid me in my journey that may not seem completely obvious. I'm also sharing some insight on letting go, surrendering to your feelings, and reminding you - yet again, that you're not in any of this alone.
