There is a good bit of mystery surrounding the transition from the “mother” phase of life to the “wise woman” phase. This shift is beautiful and empowering—it’s a time to step off the roller coaster of hormone cycles and ride the smooth river of clarity and creativity. In today’s episode, Angela Sidlo pairs the ancient wisdom of acupressure with the healing power of essential oils to assist in balancing the body during this transition.

Angela Sidlo began her holistic health practice in Oregon in 2008 as a Certified Reflexologist, Holistic Aromatherapist and Usui Reiki Master and Teacher. She is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Educator, Aroma Point Therapy practitioner and bestselling author of Aromatherapy for Menopause Success: 100 essential oil recipes to reclaim your vibrancy. Health Coach training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition rounded out Angela’s practice and enveloped the other modalities into a complete system for treating the body, mind and spirit for each individual.
