This week I eat at Nara Asian Creations, in West Palm Beach. This is where I was introduced to and fell in love with Tonkatsu Ramen. This comfortable and well decorated little hot spot is pumping out sushi, ramen, and stir fry's. This family run restaurant is the only one around serving Tonkatsu, so go try it!
