Having outcome goals (lose 15 lbs, add 30 lbs to your deadlift, improve your bloodwork, etc.) are great because they give you long-term direction. But, what about the short-term? What guides you, specifically, on a daily basis? You need daily process goals so you can improve your consistency and gain clarity on what you need to do TODAY.
