Our guest on today’s episode is Frank Patalano. Frank was originally a full-time teacher with a part-time job, working seven days a week. He gradually started investing more and more into real estate. As he continued to grow and take risks, he eventually left his teaching job to manage his portfolio full-time. He is passionate about finding creative investment opportunities through real estate and enjoys helping his friends safely create passive cash flow so that they can become financially free and leave work before a designated retirement age. He is a full-time real estate investor who has primarily focused on buy and hold residential investing.
