Brian defends yesterday's comments regarding Equity Indexed Annuities by clearing up his frustrations with these "predatory insurance products". He believes that insurance agents shouldn't give investment advice, clarifying that there are two different "hats" that advisory-based professionals should "wear" when selling investment products. Sometimes it can be hard to differentiate advice from sales tactics. As of yesterday, HB 526 became law in the state of Idaho, further protecting consumers. A victory for Brian and the entire industry!
