Episode #34 Show Notes
The theme of today’s show is: Navigating in a Sea of Emotion
The key is to use your emotion well, both as a team member and as a leader. Do not use it recklessly. When used properly, it can be your most powerful asset. Your emotion will connect you to others, their emotion will make them care about you and make them want to follow you. If we listen to each other’s emotion, we will learn more and become more and make better decisions.
