In the first part of a two-part special to mark International Men's Day, Pippa Thackray talks to Jon Rowe from Wesleyan's Customer Operations Team about how he and his family coped with the news his son Riley had been diagnosed with autism and a severe hearing impairment.

The diagnosis was extremely difficult for the whole family and shortly afterwards Jon blogged about it to help other parents in the same situation.

In this podcast, David Stewart, Wesleyan's Chief Operating Officer, reads an extract from Jon’s blog, before Jon joins Pippa in the studio to talk about how things have moved on over the past four years.
