Tasha Moodley is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and HR Consultant who excels at helping individuals and organizations to create positive change and maximize their potential, achieving the results they desire.
She specializes in Leadership, Career & Life Coaching, and HR Consulting services for organizations, teams, leaders and individuals. She has successfully developed, delivered, and facilitated team and group workshops and business sessions for public, private sectors and conferences with a variety of audiences. Tasha has also served as Interim HR Manager for three organizations in Prince George during change within their organizations.
She brings together her powerful coaching skills and experience in human resource management to deliver world class coaching services right here from Prince George.
Tasha received a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication as well as an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa. She completed her formal coaching education and accreditations through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and the world-renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
Tasha’s philosophy is to illuminate her surroundings by active community support and involvement. She is a Coach for the JDC West HR Team, UNBC. She has served as the Secretary (4 years) of the Board of Directors for IMSS (Immigrant Multicultural Services Society), and also served as the Vice President of Training (1 year) for Junior Chamber International (JCI) Prince George. She has volunteered her professional skills to various volunteer programs and service organizations including but not limited to, the Minerva Foundation for BC Women, the Carney Hill Neighbourhood Centre, and Immigrant Multicultural Services Society.
Tasha was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2007, she looked towards the beautiful and rapidly developing province of B.C, as a perfect environment to nurture her passion for people development and so her company, “Tasha Moodley – Professional Coaching & HR Consulting” was born.
Now, she is proud to call Prince George her home and when not coaching Tasha can be found exploring the awe inspiring mountain biking trails of Northern BC. She is also a mother of a beautiful and curious 2-year-old girl.
Coaching has been a wonderful realization of Tasha’s dream to make a positive impact in the world. Her combination of industrial psychology and co-active coaching gives her clients a distinct advantage.
