We exist to glorify God by seeking to present every person complete in Christ. There’s no reason to walk in darkness when God has given us a light. The Bible is a light to our feet that can help us navigate through the ordinary decisions we make every day. This is why we are so passionate about our commitment to rightly interpret the Bible as our guide for living each day for the things that matter.

Roy Warren has been the pastor of Christ Our Rock Bible Church since 1994. With the Lord's leading, he continues to pour out his heart for the people, preaching the Word of God and ministering to their spirits. Jim Frantz is an elder of the church. He preaches at special services and also fills in when the pastor is away. He also always brings us a Word straight from God's heart. You can hear a few of his sermons here.

Restitutio is a Christian theology podcast designed to get you thinking about biblical theology, church history, and apologetics in an effort to recover the original Christian faith of Jesus and the apostles apart from all of the later traditions that settled on it like so much sediment, obscuring and mutating primitive Christianity into dogma and ritual. This is part 4 of the One God Over All class. Today we enter the New Testament and ask the question, “What did Jesus believe about God?” After all, whatever Jesus said on the matter is primary for us as Christ-followers, right? As it turns out, Jesus not only believed the Shema, but strongly endorsed Read more about 414 One God 4: Yahweh, the God o…

Roy Warren, 10/17/2021: A.W. Tozer once wrote, "The meek man is not a human mouse afflicted with a sense of his own inferiority. Rather, he may be in his moral life as bold as a lion and as strong as Samson, but he has stopped being fooled about himself. He has accepted God's own estimate of his own life. He knows he is as weak and helpless as God …

This is part 3 of the One God Over All class. Yahweh is particularly sensitive about fidelity. He wants his people to be solely devoted to him; he’s not content to share them with other gods. Let the cares of life crowd out the Scriptures from my mind and I have suffered loss where I can least afford …

Often our light is going to shine most brightly when life is the most difficult, and if, in that moment, instead of demanding my rights and freedoms, I respond in a way that is so other than what's happening in the culture, people can't help but look at us and say, “I don't know what you have but I want that.”…

Today we are starting a brand new class called “One God Over All!” My plan is to work through scripture to build a biblical theology of the one true God and his Son, Jesus the Messiah. This class will cover both texts supporting God’s exclusive oneness as well as misunderstood verses that seem to teach Read more about 411 One God 1: Yahweh, the Sup…

Roy Warren, 9/26/2021: A.W. Tozer once wrote, "How can the conscious sinner bridge the mighty gulf that separated him from God in living experience. The answer is that he cannot, but the glory of the Christian message is that Christ did. (Col. 1:21-22) The new birth makes us partakers of the divine nature. There the work of undoing the dissimilarit…
