About the speakers:

Rowena Hennigan - Rowena is a Remote Work Skills Specialist, Course Author, Educator, and Executive Trainer. She has developed University accredited courses in Remote Work, blending industry, and academic knowledge in a unique way and is a highly-regarded and experienced corporate trainer. Rowena is the Remote Work expert for two large EAP programs; Spectrum. Life and Laya Healthcare. She delivers regularly to large corporate clients including; Accenture, Citrix, DPS, Microsoft, and RSA Insurance.

Sandra Thompson - Sandra is a published consultant, lecturer, course leader, and trainer in the field of customer experience and emotional intelligence. Sandra has worked with a range of clients including: Waitrose, Open University, Arsenal Football Club, Aldermore Bank, Network Rail, and Vodafone. Sandra published an academic paper on Emotional Intelligence and Customer Experience in 2019 and is the UK’s first Emotional Intelligence Coach trained by Dr. Daniel Goleman and his faculty. Sandra lectures part-time in the topics of people management and leadership at Pearson Business School.
