Short answer, yes. All conversations about sustainability must take into account the nutritional value of the foods they recommend, as well as the long term effects on ecosystems with producing those foods. Plant foods, especially grains like corn, soy, etc. fail miserably on both of these counts. It's time to tell it like it really is.
