In-Depth News Analysis: South Korea recorded 1,050 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, the lowest since July. This came as a new set of eased social distancing rules came into effect, with authorities expecting that it can introduce a phased return to normal life from two weeks' time. To get an overview of the current pandemic situation and how health authorities are planning ahead, Dr. Bryan Kim, an epidemiologist from the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency(KDCA), joins us on the line.
