The Perth Observatory has just had it's 125th anniversary, and while it's not in the same location it started, it's certainly made it's mark throughout it's years thanks to it's range of unique telescopes.

From setting the time for Perth to helping document the rings of Uranus, the observatory has been involved in many international discoveries and projects, and even has a telescope on permanent loan from NASA.

Perth Observatory's Matt Woods joined Harvey to talk about the telescopes and research that have kept our eyes in the sky - and address the demotion of Pluto from planet status while we're at it!
