Earlier this year SAP acquired Qualtrics, a firm that specializes in experience management (XM) software. The hope is that combining the experience management expertise in Qualtrics with all the operational data generated by customers’ SAP system produces valuable insights into employees and customers. In this podcast, Steve Bogner, Luke Marson and Sven Ringling touch a bit on SAPPHIRE in general and then talk about what Qualtrics is and how it fits into HCM.
