We chronical her journey from a teenager with a copy of Anthony Bourdain’s Kitchen Confidential to becoming one of the top pastry chefs in the country. We discuss her battle with depression and alcohol, how the hospitality industry contributed to the problem, and how the pandemic exposed the foibles of the hospitality industry.
